Hi it's Brad P.

I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about my coaching staff and why I believe in these guys more than anyone else in the world.

Let me begin by telling you this: I've gotten hundreds of emails and phone calls from guys who want to be coaches. It seems to be a dream that a lot of people have. Unfortunately, there are very few who meet my standards of what a pickup coach should be.

1- A pickup coach should have a strong identity that they have been developing for many years. He should be an elite person, not only in pickup, but in life in general.

2- If I'm going to put a coach out in the field with students, he must be able to demo any time and show real game that results in real lays. No artificial gimmicks, no gay game, no bullshit. Coaches must show students the same kind of approach they would do if they were out picking up and no one was watching. Every guy I put out there in the field is a ticking time bomb of seduction. These guys have the potential pull a chick home at any time. They must balance this ability with the best interest of the students, who may in some cases benefit more from coaching than from demos and pulls.

3- All coaches must spend time coaching along side Glenn and I, learning our system of teaching. We do not use a one-size-fits-all approach to teaching. We use a unique approach, learning each student's strengths and blockages, and customizing a game plan for each person on an individual basis. This system of teaching is an art form which relies on the instincts and interpretation of each coach. This is learned not from some corporate manual, but by being an apprentice to the greatest in the world for months or even years.

4- Each coach must demonstrate that he has true compassion for the students. To us, a student is not just a number or a dollar sign. A student is a living breathing person with dreams and goals which we take very seriously. Every UDS coach must care for the students more than he cares for himself during the time they spend together. We have the utmost respect for any man who's willing to step into the ring for a weekend in what has come to be known as the most intense workshop in the business.

5- My coaches never talk down to the students. We will never treat you like a child or make you feel inferior. While there are some instances of this occurring elsewhere in the pickup industry, we feel that it has no place in the world of self-help and is a sign of weakness and insecurity on the part of the coaches who behave this way.

In the 5+ years I have been teaching pickup, I have found a very small number of men who are able to implement and teach pickup techniques in a way that reaches the standards I have set. I demand a VERY high caliber of game and coaching skill. I decided long ago that if I only found 1 or 2 guys who could perform at this elite level, I would only hire them. I would never, ever lower the bar and let in sub-par coaches.

As other companies have signed 20 or 30 coaches to their roster, diluting the quality of our industry in general, I have stayed true to these values. While wannabes with neither game nor coaching knowledge have been stampeding the market, I have kept my roster down to only 5 head coaches.

As the pickup industry slowly gets taken over by entrepreneurs, and is less and less under the control of true pickup artists, we must all be conscious of the effects of allowing sub-par coaches to go out and teach. Every sub-par coach who teaches a workshop robs our industry of credibility. There will be no long term viability to the pickup world without credibility. As a leader and trend setter, I will continue to endorse only coaches who increase the overall credibility of the pickup industry.

Let me tell you about my coaches, why I chose them, and what I think you can learn from them.

Right now our biggest hot shot coach is Jake P. This guy is taking the world by storm. You'll be hearing a lot about him in the future. He's coaching more days per month than anyone else on the roster, even me. Jake is a whirlwind of game. The girls get sucked in and can't get out. Jake is by far the the most exciting guy to watch. You just never know what will happen next.

You may have heard me talk about how I usually go solo, and how I believe having a wing actually hurts my game way more than it helps. I'm pleased to say that Jake is the one guy out there who can keep up with me and actually contribute something to the situation.

Jake was an engineering school student when I first met him. He was pure100% MATH GEEK. I often send Jake the IT guys and geeky type students, because Jake's still got a geek brain. It's just that now he's a pickup geek.

Jake's has been coaching alongside LA Phil and I since mid 2008. His coaching has become insightful and accurate. I trust him with even the most difficult students.

Jake can do any demo you want to see, make your game 10x better, and he can also multiply any number by 11 in his head.

Speaking of LA Phil...LA Phil has spent more time coaching along side me than anyone else. LA Phil has been coaching with me since 2007 and we have done over 40 workshops together. He was with me on the entire world tour of late 2008 and taught at almost every Pickup Mansion workshop in 2009.

I've encountered many students who have self-limiting beliefs about pickup pertaining to height, looks, wealth, etc. They say things like "I can't pick up girls!! I'm too short/tall/broke/ugly/fat/(fill in the blank)...and I often send these guys to study with LA Phil. LA Phil is 5 foot 6 and doesn't have any natural advantages. He's even done coaching with half his face paralyzed from Bell's Palsy. If a 5'6 guy with Bell's Palsy can pickup girls, maybe you should rethink your excuses.

The bottom line is that LA Phil's success stems from his inner game. LA Phil is an inner game expert and this is the real reason why I always want him coaching the guys who have the most negativity. LA Phil's coaching is some of the most insightful I've seen. He notices the things that I miss, and this is why we've made a great team.

Dale P. is our newest coach in Australia. He's an expert on all 30/30 material and all UDS techniques. Dale is a veteran of 2 UDS workshops and I've seen his game personally on many occasions. I had to make this guy a coach because he had more LRs than anyone else in the 30/30 Club. Dale is available for 1on1s in Sydney or Melbourne.

Hyper is our 30/30 Club Expert and New York City Workshop Coach. He has been an assistant coach at over 20 UDS workshops and also coached at the Pickup Mansion. Hyper is our youngest coach, at age 23. He brings high energy and a positive outlook as well as deep knowledge that comes only with years of gaming. Hyper started out as a struggling student, or a "tough case." He had no game at all but he was always working on it. He worked so hard on his game, and overcame so much, that everyone in the 30/30 Club was inspired by his journey. Hyper is a multi-racial immigrant from a poor country in Africa. He has few natural advantages except for his sheer determination. Hyper is patient and caring with students, and does excellent demo approaches. You can see Hyper at any of our New York City workshops or book a 1on1 with him. Along with LA Phil, Hyper is our 2nd specialist in "little guy game" at only 5'8 and 115 pounds. We also send the younger students to Hyper.

Nomad spent the last year living in the Pickup Mansion, bringing his game to new levels by working closely with Brad and the UDS coaching staff. Nomad has lived overseas, traveled much of the world and successfully gamed and maintained relationships with women from various cultures and countries. Now a member of the UDS coaching staff, Nomad is available for coaching in the Pacific Northwest.

Scotty Flamingo went from our most dedicated student, to our newest and most exciting coach. This guy will put on a show you won't forget. He routinely does Pheromone Kid style 10 minute pulls. He's super dominant and alpha in set, and he has a background in sports training and coaching, so he can diagnose your game in a hurry. Scotty has met or surpassed every goal I set for him. If you have a chance to train with him, don't miss it.
